With offices in Essex and Yorkshire our trading companies CG Interiors Ltd and Cranegates Ltd offer a wide range of services to both the public and private sector clients and management contractors. Cranegates Limited was originally formed in 1991 and has been specialising in the field of asbestos surveys, removal, encapsulation and disposal for over 18 years. We have a vast knowledge and experience of performing these tasks in a variety of environments for a number of different clients from the Public and Private Sectors. Many of our contracts have been completed as part of prestigious refurbishments on landmark buildings such as Royal Albert Hall, London Stock Exchange, Baltic Exchange, Buckingham and St James' palace, Clarence House and Windsor castle. Through our commitment to partnering we have successfully secured long term agreements with such Blue Chip clients and local authorities as Yorkshire Water, Derby City council, Hertfordshire county council, United Utilities, Vale of Glamorgan, Cambridge University, Skanska, Connaught partnerships and The Royal Household. Our continued level of exemplary service to the royal household has seen us recently awarded a Royal Appointment from Her Majesty the Queen for Asbestos Removal Originally formed in 2001 CG Interiors is a fully accredited and approved Building Contractor specialising in Fit out, refurbishment, planned maintenance and construction with the added benefit of having a sister company specialising in asbestos removal and disposal acknowledged by the award of Her Majesty the Queen’s Royal Warrant. The company has since grown and diversified to meet the industry’s increasing demands. Demands created in part by the sweeping change being delivered through the growth of investment within the Public Sector, decent homes standard, local authority stock transfers and the creation of Arms Length Management Organisations. These changes led to the expansion of the two companies and the formation of the CG Group.
With a commitment to continual development across all aspects of our operation CG strives to establish a group of companies focussed on improved customer satisfaction, better project implementation and enhanced supply chain integration. Since adopting a more partnered approach to contracting CG has achieved tangible improvements in productivity & project control, tangible reductions in defects, reportable accidents and project capital costs that have made a difference to our clients in many ways. |
