Brief Description:CG Interiors were originally commissioned to carry out the soft strip demolitions and builders work on the existing building. Additional work packages included: - roofing, flooring, new internal block work walls, suspended ceilings, plastering, painting and decorating, structural openings for a new lift installation and new services including the renewal of major plant on the roof were also undertaken.
Due to the diversity of our direct labour we were able to accommodate a variety of trades within the cost plan and deliver the project on time alongside Skanska UK. This project went on to win a Regional BCO award. Client: Skanska UK Ltd

Contract Duration: 26 weeks Contract Sum: £1.25 million The Programme:The Works commenced in April 2006 and completed in December 2007.
Works were maintained on programme through collaborative working arrangements with all parties and some accelerated working to incorporate late changes to the design. Design & Innovation: The offices and facilities were designed and finished to a very high standard to provide the landlord with an attractive let able space.
All the finishes and products went through a vigorous selection procedure with all parties input. The lifts were replaced with a 3rd lift being added to the existing 2.
