 Brief Description:This waste land site was acquired in July 2007 with the possibility of planning a new build office and warehouse construction.
We assisted the clients in obtaining planning permission and with appointment of the lead architect. Immediately after planning was approved, construction commenced with site clearance preparation. The project was completed on time and on budget, providing an excellent facility and head office for the Group.  Design & Innovation: As this was a Design and Build project we sourced the very latest technological solutions and integrated them into the design and construction to provide a very attractive, state of the art energy efficient building.
All finishes were chosen to run through all areas of the building in order to produce a spacious working environment and office space.   Client: CG Group Head Offices

Early stages encountered a few unforeseen programme delays, exposing buried services and concealed building remains. We were able to react in a positive manner to these issues and accelerated the build construction programme to counteract any delays.
