 Brief Description:CG competitively tendered and secured 7 school projects in July 2008 for the summer holiday period of varying works.
Our works included classroom alterations, staff roof refurbishment, structural alterations, forming new DDA facilities, kitchen refurbishment, internal remodelling, fire door upgrades, redecorations and toilet refurbishments. The works were all tendered separately and within short notice of the summer holiday period, providing very little time for procurement or planning.  Design & Innovation: Due to the lack of time in planning CG were on hand to assist the clients in design and space planning to overcome a number of hurdles that are common to these projects.
Our skilled managers and operatives were able to work closely with the schools and client to modify and vary the concepts to utilise the space in all projects to provide the best use from the refurbishment and installation. Key issues to these projects were concealment of services, drainage and built in maintenance for reducing life cycle costing in the future.   Client: London Borough of Enfield
