| Finsbury Park Cafe |
|
Brief Description:Located in the main Finsbury Park in North London’s Borough of Haringey.
As part of the regeneration of Finsbury Park, CG Interiors were appointed by the local authority as the main contractor for a scheme involving the demolition of the existing café and complete new build of an innovative café along with sporting facilities and park toilets. CG Interiors were responsible for all aspects of the construction, including mechanical and electrical works and fitting out the hi-tech kitchen and public areas. The project was completed in time to be open for use in the busy summer time. Design & Innovation: The design was based on a ships shape with curved ends and porthole windows using the latest technology in sustainable timber cladding that matures with the age of the building but provides a long term maintenance free period.
The design not only brought the outside into the building but created a building that fitted into the existing landscape surrounding it. Client: Haringey Council

What Our Clients Say: "The Project has been a huge success in the Borough providing a good facility for events and concerts that are held annually in the park"
