Brief Description: The works included specialist refurbishment and renovation of two adjacent buildings in the heart of London’s Piccadilly Circus. This project involved full fit out & renovation as well as a comprehensive mechanical & electrical installation with daylight sensitive energy management controls, new ventilation systems, toilet refurbishments and new finishes throughout. The external envelope was also renovated using reconstituted materials & specialist stone cleaning methods.
Design & Innovation: The building refurbishment and design took the existing dilapidated space and converted it into modern let able state of the art office space with airy rooms, modern facilities and hi tech features.
The toilets and common spaces were brought together into the design employing modern tile tones and stainless steel fittings. Walls were opened up with glazing to turn small areas into bright rooms. Client: Land Securities

The main time related issues with this project surrounded the unforeseen electrical upgrade to the Piccadilly area and installation on new mains supplied to both buildings. During the main Project we were able to accommodate a vast amount of additional works, including the complete external renovation and stone repairs to this listed building.
