This waste land site was acquired in July 2007 with the possibility of planning a new build office and warehouse construction. We assisted the clients in obtaining planning permission and with appointment of the lead architect.

Billericay Police Station

Project Name

Billericay Police Station was converted by CG Interiors to conform to the Disability Discrimination Act. We removed the existing ramp, front entrance steps, entrance doors and public counter. We converted the existing office, formed a new disabled toilet facility along with other internal office alterations to assist disabled persons accessibility.

Project Name

CG Interiors were originally commissioned to carry out the soft strip demolitions and builders work on the existing building. Additional work packages included: - roofing, flooring, new internal block work walls, suspended ceilings, plastering, painting and decorating, structural openings for a new lift installation and new services including the renewal of major plant on the roof were also undertaken.

CG Group have recieved fantastic news that Whittington Park Sports Pavilion has been shortlisted for the CIBSE Building Performance Awards 2012 under the category of New Build Project of the Year (Public Sector)! As we were responsible for the construction of the changing room facilities, this is great recognition for the excellent work that went into creating them. Another satisfied customer.

As part of our Decent Homes contract with Thurrock Council, CG Interiors recently carried out the successful refurbishment works to a local warden controlled retirement complex. Careful consideration and great importance was placed on customer care and resident liaison to ensure the works were completed with minimum disruption to the residents.

As of April 2010 Britain has implemented a feed-in tariff in addition to its current renewable energy quota scheme. The Programme, known as the Microgeneration Feed-In Tariff applies to small-scale generation of electricity, paying a fixed sum for eligible technologies.
