Another satisfied customer. As part of our Decent Homes contract with Thurrock Council, CG Interiors recently carried out the successful refurbishment works to a local warden controlled retirement complex. Careful consideration and great importance was placed on customer care and resident liaison to ensure the works were completed with minimum disruption to the residents. The project was a great success and we were delighted to receive the following message:“I am e-mailing to express our sincere thanks, of the brilliant craftsmanship of your contractors. We have had 17 kitchens completed here at Alf Lowne Court, (one to be started on 5.9.11, at the lady`s request). Ms Christine Barnes RLO, has liaised with myself and the tenants brilliantly (with always a smile and time for a chat about any problems they may have). Dave Owens Supervisor, has been of considerable help to myself and the tenants (solving any problems or queries very swiftly: politely and reassuringly). The contractors, Bernie: Dave and Keith, we have found excellent. They have treated myself (and everybody on this complex), with compassion: respect, and were always willing to help. We shall miss all of these people who have been working really hard here. They will always be welcome at Alf Lowne Court. Would you please pass on our thanks to your staff.”
